Terms and Conditions
For Schools
1. Registration:
- Schools must register for the Olympiad through the School Catalyst website within the specified registration period.
- By registering, schools agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by School Catalyst.
2. Payment:
- The participation fee for each level of the Olympiad must be paid by the participating school at the time of registration.
- The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- School Catalyst reserves the right to change the participation fee for future Olympiads without prior notice.
3. Participation:
- Schools are responsible for ensuring that their students meet the eligibility criteria for the Olympiad.
- Schools must ensure that participating students adhere to the rules and regulations of the Olympiad.
- School Catalyst reserves the right to disqualify any school or student found to be in violation of the rules and regulations of the Olympiad.
4. Results and Awards:
- The decision of School Catalyst regarding the eligibility of students, the conduct of Olympiads, and the declaration of results will be final and binding.
- School Catalyst reserves the right to use the names, photographs, and other details of the participants, including their performance in the Olympiads, for promotional purposes.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- School Catalyst reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Olympiad examination at its discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- School Catalyst reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any point without prior notice.
- Participants and their parents/guardians are advised to regularly check the School Catalyst website for updates and announcements related to the Olympiad.
For Participants
1. Eligibility:
- Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each level of the Olympiad.
- Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by School Catalyst.
2. Conduct:
- Participants must conduct themselves in a fair and sportsmanlike manner during the Olympiad.
- Any form of malpractice or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Results and Awards:
- The decision of School Catalyst regarding the eligibility of students, the conduct of Olympiads, and the declaration of results will be final and binding.
4. Use of Information:
- Participants and their parents/guardians agree to allow School Catalyst to use their names, photographs, and other details, including their performance in the Olympiads, for promotional purposes.

6. Jurisdiction:
- In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be limited to the courts of [insert location].

- By registering for the Olympiad, schools and participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
